based in dallas, but born and raised in pittsburgh, pa, taylor considers themselves an observer and student of the human experience. their art explores the thought provoking truths of our existence through the decontextualizing and recontextualizing of bits and scraps of this world.
transforming childhood images, breaking news, and heartfelt prayers, into cerebral layerings held together by paper, ink, and superglue. much like their work, taylor considers themself and their life to be a collage of sorts. every scraped knee, every friend made, every tear cried, every place visited, every thing ever felt, cut and pasted to their own life storyboard.
